2. Products and delivery

We sell digital services/virtual products (e.g., VIP/subscriptions, ranks, cosmetic benefits, or access). Delivery is usually automatic and immediate after successful payment.

Note: Products are tied to your account (e.g., SteamID) and cannot be transferred unless explicitly offered.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR (unless otherwise stated). Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, PayPal, MobilePay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, etc.).

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel it.

5. Right of withdrawal (digital services)

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. For digital services, the right of withdrawal may be lost if:

• you expressly request that delivery begins before the withdrawal period expires, and
• you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This follows the rules for digital services in distance selling.

6. Refunds and errors

If delivery fails or you receive the wrong product, contact us on Discord with your order number/transaction reference and your SteamID. We will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Abuse, chargeback fraud, or attempts to bypass payment may result in suspension/exclusion.

7. Limitation of liability

We aim for stable operations, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of operations, or loss of data resulting from downtime, attacks, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Rules, sanctions and access

Rule violations may lead to sanctions, including warnings, bans, or in extreme cases blacklisting. Blacklisting is only used in serious cases of a security or operational nature.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably, and otherwise before the Danish courts.

11. Changes

We may update the terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
