Permanent ban (standard)

  • Typically applies to rule violations, cheating, repeated toxic behavior, or serious offenses.
  • May be permanent, but is still considered a standard sanction within the system.
  • You can appeal through our website. Each case is reviewed based on evidence and account history. Some decisions may be reconsidered depending on the situation, your behavior, and any documentation provided.

Permanent blacklisting (extreme)

  • Used only when behavior is assessed as extreme, targeted, and dangerous (real threat / serious risk).
  • Considered a permanent security measure across Phoenix Gaming services and game servers.
  • No appeal is offered. Only admins can lift it in truly extraordinary cases.
  • May involve documentation, logging, and in relevant cases contacting the platform/provider or authorities.

Types of blacklisting

Serious threats

Permanent blacklisting: Serious threats of violence or death have been made. This behavior is assessed as a direct security risk. Blacklisting is applied only in extreme cases involving serious threats, severe misconduct, or legal/police involvement. This decision is final, without right of appeal, and is not subject to reversal.

Severe harassment

Permanent blacklisting: Documented severe harassment, targeted abuse, and/or systematic persecution of users or staff has occurred. This constitutes severe misconduct of such a nature that blacklisting is required. Blacklisting is applied only in extreme cases involving serious threats, severe misconduct, or legal/police involvement. This decision is final, without right of appeal, and is not subject to reversal.

Community attacks

Permanent blacklisting: This account has been permanently excluded and removed from Phoenix Gaming services. This decision is based on behavior deemed incompatible with our community. This user is no longer welcome. This decision is administrative and final.

Critical threat

PERMANENT BLACKLIST – CRITICAL THREAT: This individual is assessed to pose a real and serious risk to the community. Blacklisting is applied only in extreme cases involving serious threats, severe misconduct, or legal/police involvement. This decision is final, without right of appeal, and is not subject to reversal.

Important:
We do not blacklist “for fun”. A decision is only made in serious situations and requires internal review and documentation. Blacklisting is also about protecting our players — so the community feels safe and can trust that serious cases are handled consistently and taken seriously.
